Lifetime Warranty

Shot Spot is proud to include a lifetime warranty with all new firearms.  We will repair any defects or factory issues free of charge.  Many simple repairs can be made by our GunSmith while you wait.  For anything that we cannot repair, we will gladly get in contact with the manufacturer and have them repair the firearm for you.  Warranty does not cover negligence or damage to the firearm that occurs outside of normal operation.

Private Party Sales

When buying firearms used, there is always the worry that the firearm you are purchasing is actually lost or stolen.  That’s why Shot Spot offers a private sale service to allow you to buy guns with peace-of-mind.  Simply have both parties come to our store with valid driver’s licenses and a Bill of Sale and we’ll take care of the rest for just $50 for non members and $25 for members.  This provides both the buyer and seller a safe place to conduct business while also giving buyers the confidence that they’re not buying something that will come back to bite them.

General Return Policy

We’ll gladly accept for return or exchange for store credit only within 10 days of purchase on any clothing, accessories, and soft good merchandise purchased from Shot Spot that has not been worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag and receipt. Excludes sale or clearance items. Valid photo ID required for all returns.
